Tenuta Del Paguro is a project about wine culture and regional marketing, that describes and celebrates the past and present of the city of Ravenna in Italy, once Byzantine capital, industrial capital today. After fermentation in steel and bottling with cork protected by sealing wax and shellac, Albana, Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet find their cradle in the artificial reef. They remain submerged from 6 to 12 months under the water of the Adriatic sea. The harmonic massage of the tides, the absence of UV rays, the constant temperature. These are the factors of unmistakable ageing.
