People -Street Photography - International Photography Award
The project ‘Japan at Night’ is a series of street photographs taken during my journey through Japan. Japan has a way of engaging with you through its lights, places, and streets, and I wanted to capture this essence in my images.
The thing that struck me about Japan is how the lights and elements of the city contrast and interact with each other. With a clean and minimal approach, I collected urban scenes where the main protagonist is the light. Whether it was the neon glow of a bustling street or the subtle glow of a quiet alleyway, I aimed to capture the unique character and atmosphere of each location.
Through this project, I hope to convey the energy and magic of Japan at night, and to provide a window into the unique culture and way of life of this fascinating country.
